The Yards

The Yards is a project by the developer Beyond by Omniyat, located near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. This large-scale Mediterranean-style residential community consists of five phases featuring residential buildings and comprehensive infrastructure. The first phase is represented by the low-rise boutique community, Arancia Yards, surrounded by lush greenery and wellness spaces. The Mediterranean-style architecture is designed by the British firm HBA in collaboration with Dewan Architects and Coopers Hill Landscape. The buildings are harmoniously integrated into the landscape, with 70% of the area dedicated to open green spaces.

The project offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, including layouts with a maid's room. The interiors are designed in a contemporary style with an emphasis on natural materials, light color palettes, and panoramic glazing that provides views of the green areas.
