1. Who we are
METRIKA REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE L.L.C. (“Metrika”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a real-estate brokerage registered in Dubai, UAE.

2. Personal data we collect

We do not intentionally collect special-category data (health, biometrics etc.) or data of children under 18.
3. Why we process your data
- Respond to enquiries and provide property advice
- Arrange viewings and further communication
- Improve website performance and marketing
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., anti-money-laundering checks)
Legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR / UAE PDPL): your consent (web-form submission), our legitimate interest (business analytics, site security), and legal obligation where applicable.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to collect aggregated statistics; cookies are set only after you give consent via our cookie banner. Details are provided in our Cookie Policy. Essential cookies (e.g., language preference) load automatically.
5. Sharing your data
We never sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Google LLC (analytics; data stored in EU/US)
- CRM provider (cloud-based SaaS). Data may be processed on the provider’s global infrastructure, which can include servers outside your country of residence.
- Licensed real-estate developers or partners only when you ask us to arrange a viewing or issue a reservation
All processors are bound by contracts ensuring GDPR-/PDPL-level safeguards.
6. Storage & retention
Data in CRM is kept no longer than 5 years after last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion or law requires longer retention (e.g., AML files — 10 years). Analytics data is retained 26 months in GA 4.
7. International transfers
Your data may be transferred outside your country (e.g., from EU to UAE/US). We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect such transfers (Art. 46 GDPR).
8. Your rights
Where applicable you may:
- Access, correct or erase your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Receive a copy (portability)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., EU DPA, UAE Data Office)

9. Security
Site traffic is protected by TLS/SSL encryption. Access to personal data inside our CRM is role-based and logged. Firewalls, malware scanning and regular audits are in place.
