Fay Valley

Fay Valley is the second phase of an innovative project by developer Taraf in Masdar City. The complex consists of 381 residential units: townhouses with 2-3 bedrooms and villas with 4-6 bedrooms.

The building exteriors are harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape, where canopies of date palms and trees create cool shaded pathways. The architecture is complemented by layered greenery and water features, while all public spaces are finished with high-albedo materials. Inside, the residences feature maximally spacious layouts.
